These Terms of Service govern your use of the High Time Home website (hightimehome.com) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using our services.

1. Who Can Use Our Site

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, and specifications on our site are accurate and up to date. However, errors can occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already been charged, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel an order if:

  • A product becomes unavailable after your order is placed

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • There is a pricing error on the product listing

You will be notified promptly and issued a full refund if your order is cancelled for any of these reasons.

3.2 Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information when placing an order.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to you when we hand your order over to the carrier. Once the carrier picks up your order, High Time Home is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit, unless the damage is a result of improper packaging on our part.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process is detailed in our Refund and Return Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those terms, including the 30-day return window, the 25% restocking fee on non-defective returns, and return shipping responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the High Time Home website, including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and site design, is owned by or licensed to High Time Home and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from our site for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our products or pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems

11. Termination

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First

If you have a dispute with us, we ask that you contact our support team first at support@hightimehome.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.

12.1 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is not successful, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in the United States. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against High Time Home.

12.3 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court rather than through arbitration, provided the claim qualifies under that court's rules.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page when changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and High Time Home regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and us.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of High Time Home.
