How to Request a Price Match: If you find a lower price prior to your purchase, or within 30 days of your original purchase date, simply email us at support@hightimehome.com with the following:

1. A link to the exact product on our website.

2. A link to the exact product on the competitor’s website showing the lower price.

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process your discount or refund the difference to your original payment method.

Price Match Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• Exact Match: The item must be the exact same brand, model number, color, and size.

• Authorized Dealers Only: The competitor must be an Authorized U.S. Dealer for the brand in question.

• In-Stock Status: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase on both our website and the competitor’s website.

• Total Cost Basis: We price match the total landed cost, which includes the item price plus any shipping charges and taxes charged by the competitor.

Exclusions (What We Do Not Match): To protect the integrity of the brands we carry, our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Marketplaces & Auction Sites: We do not match prices from third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, Wayfair, Overstock, Craigslist).

• Unauthorized Resellers: We do not match prices from unauthorized dealers or discount warehouses.

• Special Promotions: We do not match "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) offers, rebate offers, free gift promotions, or bundled items.

• Holiday Sales: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and specific holiday doorbuster pricing are excluded.

• Condition: We do not match prices on used, refurbished, open-box, display, or damaged models.

• Clearance Items: Liquidation sales, closeouts, and going-out-of-business sales are excluded.

• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to decline a price match if the competitor’s price is the result of a typographical or systemic pricing error.
