Shipping policy

At High Time Home, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Because we sell large, heavy items like wine coolers and kegerators, our shipping process is a little different from a standard parcel delivery. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to street addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states) only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our products are too large for standard mail.
2. Shipping Is Free
Free Standard Curbside Freight Shipping within the Contiguous U.S is included on all eligible orders. The price you see on our product pages is the price you pay. There are no hidden freight fees or fuel surcharges added at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team prepares your order for shipment. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on the size of your product. We use three different shipping methods:
4.1 Small Parcel Shipping (Accessories and Small Items)

Carrier: UPS or FedEx Ground

Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days after processing

Delivery: To your door, no signature required
4.2 Free Standard Curbside Freight Shipping within the Contiguous U.S (Wine Coolers, Kegerators, and Large Units)

Carrier: Specialized LTL freight carriers (such as R&L Carriers, Estes Express, or TForce Freight)

Handling time: 2-3 days

Estimated transit time: 5 to 7 business days after processing

Total Delivery Time: 7-10 days
- Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM PST
- White Glove Delivery: Available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Includes in-home placement and packaging removal.
Curbside delivery means the driver will lower your pallet to the ground at your curb or the end of your driveway. Free shipping does not include bringing the item inside your home, placing it in a specific room, carrying it up stairs, or unpacking it. Please plan accordingly.
5. Freight Delivery Appointments
For all large freight shipments, the carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment before attempting delivery. This is standard procedure for LTL freight.
To make sure this goes smoothly:

Provide a valid phone number at checkout. The carrier will not attempt delivery without confirming a time window with you first.

Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt.

If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying the carrier in advance, a re-delivery fee may be charged. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your order carefully before the driver leaves. Large items shipped by freight can occasionally arrive with external damage to the packaging.
Here is what to do:

Look over the box or pallet before signing anything.

If the packaging looks damaged, crushed, or punctured, write the word DAMAGED clearly on the delivery receipt before you sign.

Take photos of the packaging and the product if you see any damage.

Email the photos to support@hightimehome.com within 5 days of delivery.
If damage is reported within 5 days with photos, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We cannot process damage claims reported after this window, so please inspect your order promptly.
7. Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items
Most products ship directly from our fulfillment and distribution partners across the United States. In rare cases, an item may be temporarily out of stock or backordered due to high demand or inventory availability.
If this affects your order:

We will contact you by email within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order.

We will give you an updated estimated ship date.

If the delay is not acceptable to you, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund with no fees.
